What is the Service & what does it involve?
Run by two trained and experienced Peer Group Facilitators, this virtual group is a welcoming place for people to support each other to work towards personal goals and achievements.
All run online via Zoom which you can access in the comfort of your own home.

Who is eligible for our Virtual Peer Support Group?
This group is aimed at those who are looking for some mental health and emotional support without having to leave their home.
Perhaps those that are socially isolated, suffering from social anxiety or agoraphobia, this group is a gentle, welcoming and supportive way to connect with others who may be experiencing similar things.
How can our Virtual Peer Support Group Support Mental Health?
The group is a very calm and welcoming place each week and provides that non-judgemental space for people to share their experiences of mental health issues and struggles with others that may be going through something similar. It is a safe space to receive support from others who understand, whilst also being a support to others which can also help with your own recovery and progress. The group share and celebrate all of their achievements.
