We work directly with people across East Staffordshire, Lichfield District and Tamworth Borough, to enable them to get the support they need for their mental health.
Your donations are crucial to helping us continue this vital work and make sure that anyone who has a mental health problem can get the support they need. Much of the donations fund projects that we cannot get funding for any other way.
As a charity, we do not pay tax on donations, in fact we can claim Gift Aid on your donation. All of our income and expediture is overseen by our Board of Trustees.
